Description:
A SA-2xpolyA-CAG-Loxp-Stop-Loxp-human EZH2 cDNA-IRES-luciferase-2A-tdTomato-wpre-polyA cassette was knocked into the mouse Rosa26 locus. This strain of mice can be mated with mice expressing Cre recombinase so that human EZH2 could be expressed after exposure to Cre recombinase.
