Description:
These mice harbor a loxP-flanked STOP cassette preventing transcription of a CAG promoter-driven piggyBac transposase. The targeted mutation was inserted into the Gt(ROSA)26Sor locus by homologous recombination. PiggyBac transposase is expressed when bred to mice that express Cre recombinase.
