Figure1. Analysis of IL17F gene expression in the kidney by RT-PCR.
Mouse Il17f mRNA was detectable by P1/2(440bp), human IL17F mRNA was detectable by P3/4(259bp).
M: 100bp Plus DNA ladder from Transgen (BM311). The heterozygous KI mice express both human IL17F and mouse Il17f in the kidney.
