The endogenous mouse Icosl gene was replaced by human ICOSLG gene.
Validation Data
Figure 1. Analysis of ICOSLG gene expression in the spleen by RT-PCR. Mouse Icoslg mRNA was detectable by P1/2 (276bp), human ICOSLG mRNA was detectable by P1/3 (406bp), M:100bp Plus DNA ladder from Transgen (BM311). The heterozygous KI mouse expresses both human ICOSLG and mouse Icoslg in the spleen.
