Validation of human IL6 mRNA and protein expression by Realtime-PCR and ELISA
Mice were divided into two groups. One group was intraperitoneally injected with LPS at 3 mg/kg body weight, and the other group was injected with normal saline. After 4 h stimulation, the livers were harvested to extract RNA and the serum were used to detect protein expression. (HO: humanized IL6 homozygous mice, WT: wild type C57BL/6 mice)
