Trpv2-Flox

These Trpv2 gene flox mice can be used to abtain tissue specific knockout Trpv2 mice when cross with Cre transgenic mice. Mice homozygous for a conventional knock-out allele exhibit impaired macrophage migration, binding, and phagocytosis with increased susceptiblity and mortality following bacterial infection.
