Description:

A IRES-iCre-WPRE-polyA coexpression cassette is inserted after the stop codon of mouse Amhr2 gene via homologous recombination to establish a Amhr2-Cre tool stain. This strain can be used to knockout target gene in Amhr2+ cells when crossed with mice which carry loxp sites flanking target gene.
