Description:
A SA-2xpolyA-CAG-LSL-Avi tag-EGFP-Rpl10a cassette was inserted at the Rosa26 locus using CRISPR gene editing technology. When bred to a strain expressing Cre recombinase under control of various tissue specific promoters, Cre recombination deletes the LSL cassette and allows the expression of the Avi tag-EGFP-Rpl10a protein.
