Description:
A SA-2xpolyA-CAG-Loxp-Stop-Loxp-EYFP-polyA cassette was knocked into the mouse ROSA26 gene locus by CRISPR/Cas9 gene editing technology. This strain of mice can be mated with mice expressing Cre recombinase so that yellow fluorescent protein could be expressed after exposure to Cre recombinase.
