Description:
A SA-2xpolyA-CAG-ROX-stop-ROX-mTagBFP2-polyA cassette was knocked into the mouse ROSA26 locus by CRISPR/Cas9 gene editing technology. This strain of mice can be mated with mice expressing Dre recombinase so that blue fluorescent protein could be expressed after exposure to Dre recombinase.
