Description:
A CAG-loxP STOP-loxP-Akaluc-2A-tdTomato-V5-WPRE-polyA cassette was knocked into the mouse ROSA26 locus by CRISPR/Cas9 gene editing technology. This strain of mice can be mated with mice expressing Cre recombinase so that Akaluc luciferase and tdTomato fluorescent protein could be expressed for cell tracing.
