Description:
The Programmed Cell Death Protein 1 (PDCD1) and the Glucocorticoid-induced TNFR-related protein (GITR) are inhibitory and co-stimulatory immune checkpoint proteins (respectively) that are key targets for current and developing cancer immunotherapies
This double humanized PD-1 and GITR mouse model was established by crossing the PD-1-HU and GITR-HU mice. This double knock-in mouse model is ideal for evaluating the efficacy of potential combination immunotherapy drugs.
