Description:
The OLFM2 flox allele has loxP sites flanking exons 2-3 of the olfactomedin 2 gene [Olfm2]. When crossed with a Cre recombinase-expressing strain, this strain is useful in eliminating tissue-specific conditional expression of the gene.
